Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CANNECT.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CANNECT.AI for use of our video advertising platform and connected LED station network.

The platform is operated by CANNECT.AI LLP (ТОО «CANNECT.AI»), BIN 251140014640, registered at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Medeu district, ST Koktobe 1, building 48.

2. Description of Service

CANNECT.AI enables users to:

  • Upload and manage video advertisements
  • Generate AI-powered video content
  • Display ads on connected CANNECT LED station screens
  • Manage campaigns, placements, budgets, and analytics
  • Use moderation and compliance review services

3. Eligibility

To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter contracts, comply with applicable advertising laws, and not be prohibited from using the service.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account with email and password or supported OAuth providers.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for your credentials, all activity under your account, accurate account information, and prompt notice of unauthorized access.

4.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activity.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans may include Free, Basic, Pro, or custom business tiers. Paid services may use subscriptions, tokens, or campaign-based pricing.

  • Payments from customers in Kazakhstan are processed online through the PayLink.kz acquiring service (Visa / Mastercard)
  • All prices are shown in Kazakhstani tenge (₸)
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Fees are refundable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Prices may change with prior notice

Tokens may be used for video uploads, AI generation, campaign placement, and other platform features. Token rules may vary by plan.

6. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

All content must comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, venue requirements, and CANNECT technical specifications.

You may not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, explicit, offensive, targeted at minors, or that promotes prohibited goods, activities, or unsupported claims.

All content may be reviewed through automated tools and human moderation before display.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant CANNECT.AI a non-exclusive license to store, process, review, display, distribute to connected stations, and create previews of your content for platform operation.

The platform, software, designs, trademarks, and non-user content are owned by CANNECT.AI or its licensors.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information
  • Comply with laws and platform rules
  • Obtain all required content rights and permissions
  • Avoid disrupting or reverse engineering the platform
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access or impersonation

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

CANNECT.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

We do not guarantee specific campaign results, views, engagement, sales, or conversions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CANNECT.AI against claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your campaigns, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. After termination, access may end, unused subscription time may not be refunded, and content may be deleted after a retention period.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email, platform notice, or by posting the updated Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, failing agreement, are resolved by the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the location of CANNECT.AI LLP.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement for platform use. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
