Payment Rules

1. General

These Payment Rules define the terms for paying for services of the CANNect.kz platform.

Payment for services means full and unconditional acceptance of the Public Offer terms.

The agreement is deemed concluded upon receipt of funds in the Provider's settlement account or confirmation of payment by the payment system.

2. Tariffs

Service prices are determined by the tariffs published on CANNect.kz.

The Provider may change tariffs unilaterally.

Tariff changes do not apply to a subscription period already paid for.

3. Payment methods

The User may pay for services by:

  • bank card
  • bank transfer
  • invoice
  • payment services and acquiring providers connected to the platform

4. Subscription

Services are provided under a recurring subscription model.

The following billing periods are available:

  • monthly
  • quarterly
  • yearly
  • other periods set by the tariffs

After payment the User receives access to platform functionality for the corresponding paid period.

5. Auto-renewal

When the selected tariff provides for it, the subscription may renew automatically.

The User may disable auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date.

6. Late payment

If payment is not received, the Provider may:

  • restrict access to the platform
  • suspend the provision of services
  • discontinue access to specific features
  • delete the account after the data retention period expires

Access restrictions do not relieve the User from the obligation to pay for services already rendered.

7. Taxes and documents

All prices are in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT).

Where applicable, prices include taxes in accordance with Kazakhstani legislation.

Upon the User's request, the Provider issues closing documents electronically.

8. Proof of payment

Proof of payment includes:

  • electronic receipt
  • bank statement
  • payment order
  • payment system confirmation

9. Refunds

Refunds are made in accordance with the CANNect.kz Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed only after the User's corresponding application has been reviewed.

10. Final provisions

All settlements between the parties are made in Kazakhstani tenge.

In matters not regulated by these Payment Rules, the parties are guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
